Job Profile:

  • Worked in cost related activity
  • Maintenance of cost account records
  • Work on production cost and over head absorption
  • Cost of Sales, Costing and  inventory evaluation
  • Standard costing and variance analysis
  • Good Knowledge with Tally, MS Office and other software's for generating reports related to above
  • Good communication skill
  • Exposure to chemical industry will be added advantage.

  • Graduate of Commerce

HR executive
Minimum education: Graduate
Experience: 0-3 years of experience
Job profile :

  • First point contact for HR related queries.
  • Monitors staff movements/transfers.
  • Employee motivation and retention programs.
  • Based on the requisitions received from the department heads, defines job profile, qualification and experience and remuneration package obtains the approval to source the candidates.
  • Places job advertisements, source through job portals, shortlist candidates for interview/replacement position and follows up the selection process.
  • Responsible for Joining Formalities and Prepares employment offers, appointment letter, relieving letter etc.
  • Identifies, organizes Staff training/development/orientation programs.
  • Handles grievances/ indiscipline and recommends corrective action.
  • Prepares leave policy, processes leave application and monitors staff leaves.
  • Monitor & maintains the employee’s office timings and daily attendance.
  • Assist in the preparation of staff payroll.
  • Conduct, analyze, document the staff exit interview process.
  • Maintains employee database / files.

Accounts Assistant

Admin Assistant

  • Will be responsible for couriering and keeping a record of the same.
  • Will be the admin assistant for the branch and co- ordinate with housekeeping to ensure the office is always kept clean.
  • Will be sent for cheque collection to clients and other associates of the organization.
  • Will have to maintain records for stationary and office supplies.
  • Will have to work closely with admin manager to ensure smooth functioning of the office.
